The Black Fairy Godmother Foundation does not discriminate unlawfully in the administration of its programs, services, employment, volunteering, or other activities on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or any other status protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
Program eligibility
Program eligibility is based on the published charitable purpose and objective requirements of each program. Consistent with our mission as a 501(c)(3) public charity, we may limit participation to individuals and families who meet those program-specific criteria—including need-based, crisis-related, geographic, documentation, or other objective requirements described for each program.
Applying program criteria that further a stated charitable purpose is not unlawful discrimination. It is how we steward limited resources and fulfill our mission of supporting families facing crisis and barriers to stability.

- Volunteer and partnership opportunities, as applicable
